The Type of Man my Father is
I am a grown woman, and feminist too. But it doesn’t mean I will just start hating men. Good or evil is just a person, not a gender, but the irony is, most of the time men are evil. In my opinion, here is the key difference: a man having a good sense of ethics, pride, and knowing how to treat a woman is good, but the one who just fakes his character is a real monster.
Now, I want to tell the story of the man—the man of character, the man of morals, the man I followed the most, the family man—my father, my dad. After Lord Ram, he is the person who deserves the title of “Purushottam,” because I never saw him becoming weak or backing down from his words. He always pushed-pass his limits only for a little smile on my face, a little happiness for his loved ones. No matter the cost he had to pay, no matter the situations, he continually stood like a rock between problems and our family to protect all of us. He is the type of man I am proud to be with.
I have never thanked you for everything you have done for us.
Thank you for having me as your daughter; you are my pride. I am proud to be your daughter. Love you, Dad.
